Tow truck driver literally told me he trolls around lancaster looking for cars to tow, I was in an empty lot for twenty minutes on a night where it was 15 degrees and snow prevented other parking spots. I was then told that he price gauges and charges additional for this type of towing rather than his normal rate. I would never trust people to work on my car that practice this type of business, trust is key with a mechanic and they obviously take advantage of people. ...read more

I recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Avalon, and am very happy with the purchase experience. I dealt with Greg and he was very honest and forthcoming about the condition of the vehicle since I am from Fairfax VA, and had a long drive to see the car. The car was better than the description.
