We hired this company to do our bathroom. The first day they complained they hate bathrooms-turned out they actually are roofers. In one week they managed to gut the bathroom out. A 7x10 room. The worst part of this was when they started running new water lines, they didnt turn the water off. I had to rush back from detroit to answer the many questions they had so I arrived home late and slept on the couch. luckily I did since I awoke to the sound of plaster falling and water pouring out of the cieling from the bathroom pipes. It ruined the dining room cieling, and part of the living room. We were out 2k and they did not offer to repair the damage or repay us when we let them go,In the end we were out money and a cieling and had no bathroom. I had to pay someone an additional 1500 to complete it, as well as the costs for the new toilet vanity/sink and bathtub plus fixtures. Horrible craftmanship and no professionalism.
