It's been 3yrs That I have lived in the Mid-Town area of the city. There is a huge dump pile on Fulton St. In back of the 400 block of Harris St. So Harris and Fulton St. People of the area have sent letter.E-Mails, Phone calls and even have used seefixclick.com The city just does not care.
