Owner handle this like it was nothing 5 hrs. with no call back. lost everything, can't get smell out, Ice smells like blood. We have done everything know to man and the internet to clean and remove smell. Owner has never called but had his repair person call. I gave them one star for still being open it take a lot of stupid not to know you did wrong to a customer or how to treat a customer after the sale. ...read more
