bought 2 cases 3 weeks ago used up the first case then a couple days ago went to use the 2nd case and it had no smell and black stuff in it , so i took it back and the lady went to the back and brought me up some more and i checked them out and they were bad to. I told the lady these are bad to and she says I dont know what it's suppose to look or smell like omg really lady you work in a pool store and you don't know ok so she was playing stupid!! they had all my info on there computer but because i didn't have a receipt to show how i paid for it even though there computer says i bought it they would not refund me. we bought a pool through them and always went through them for all our pool needs but not any more!!
