My husband sent me roses today and almost every one of them had black on them and were either dying in certain spots and or brown on the insides. Some of the petals were actually ripped. I called the florist, who is not polite, and he said he was coming to my work to view them. He was rude when he got here, started ripping off petals and trying to tell me, this is what is done, and when I showed him all of the brown spots, he grabbed the flowers and proceeded to leave, yelling down the hall in my work.
