We did not use a mortgage company, but paid them cash from the sale of our home and our retirement money. They did not pay sub-contractors or suppliers, they did not provide us with invoices and they stole our home that we owned outright and our life’s savings. Instead they built a deck for their home and an addition for their stepdaughter’s home. They claim to be filing bankruptcy, yet have applied for a business license and were approved and listed on the Attorney General’s website as a new business under the name Joseph R. Panuccio Construction LLC. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They claim to have $1,000,000 in insurance. THIS PROTECTS THEM NOT YOU. Be sure whomever you hire is BONDED for $1,000,000. This protects YOU. They are fraudulent and have stolen more than our money. We have no home, no new home, and our family is now living in a one bedroom, two-room apartment.
