On my interview they promised everything but I worked for RFM for several years as a contractor for cablevision. We got paid by the job and got a paycheck by the hour which is impossible to know what you got paid for and what you didnt. My paycheck along with everyone else was 150 to 200 a week for working 50 hours a week . I have so much negative to say. The dept of labor has an on going investigation as well. They steel all employees money. They give you a truck and a cell phone to use but in the end you pay for everything along with the air you breathe there. The owner bob is all for himself too. Let me first start out by saying that the workers were very respectful and somewhat professional. However, Edwin was not very honest with us in terms of the company, Insurance and who owned the company. To make the long story short, he cut down a very tall tree without a cherry picker or anything that i could see when i arrived home that would have aided him in cutting a tree of that size. The tree landed on my husbands trailer. His wife informed us after inquiring that the ins and company name were in her name. Needless to say we had issues in terms of job completion and ins. is it possible to be very nice on the phone and in person but to have horrible customer service? they managed to do it.\t\ni urge you to find another landscaper for your needs...it will hopefully save you a major headache! I have spent over 2 months wuth these guys and still they have not fulfilled their contract!...dont use them. ...read more
