I regret to state that i was both shocked and appauled at the service and and sanitation habits of this location. I witnessed an employee drop a waffle bowl product on the floor and immediately use the product. The employees also handled ice cream products after handling money and other contaminated items without sanitizing first. No gloves or hair-nets are used, and facial hair was overgrown and unkempt. Numerous times I noiticed employees adjusting thier hair, then begin working with the food. The wait was uncalled for such an easy product serve, almost 30 minutes. i have recently visited the columbia dairy queen and found that it is a very dirty and unsanitary place. the kids there are rude and did not wash their hands after handling my money and making my order. i think that they should not be on cell phones when customers are trying to order and making them wait. the managment there is terrible. the young ladies should not be wearing such enticing shorts. they should not be brushing their hair while making ice cream. they also stick their fingers in the ice box. they are always sitting on the counter when i come into the store. ...read more
