I tried using them for a bathroom I was installing and they were less than helpful or friendly. Unfortunately for me, they were the only dealer in 25 miles for fixtures I needed from Kohler. I returned a 2nd time and ordered my bath, only to learn they held-up my order two weeks before submitting it plus they forgot to order all my parts. I complained and things moved slower. When I finally got my top end Kohler diverter mysteriously one internal gasket was missing and the second was turned backwards. I called Kohler instantly and they said they have too many check points in assembly and quality control for their products to leave the factory in that condition. I sent the product directly to Kohler as US Supply gave it to me and Kohler sent me a new one overnight. This is a store to stay away from. The service people at the front desk at US Supply are terribly nasty, and rude whenever I used to go there. Their rotten attitude is the reason I stopped going to US Supply and the reason I am writing this review. Anyone deserved better than the service at US Supply. Every time I sent somebody out to US Supply they returned all bent out of shape over the way they were treated. I was told the front desk staff was rude and abrupt from each of my six employees. Come on, I said, how nasty can somebody selling plumbing supplies be? When my last guy refused to go to US Supply and instead drove 20 miles to King of Prussia I took upon myself to leave the job and find out for myself what was going on. I found US Supply to be consistent with their rude attitude towards their customers.Their entire service seemed hungover and disinterested in my business and rude answers followed by simple questions - I was disgusted.
