They send someone to install your equipment for free, but expect you to drive the equipment back to them when you cancel your services. The local offices close early (6pm), making it nearly impossible to return equipment without enraging your boss and leaving work early, but they charge outlandish prices if you don't bring it back promptly. service electric is awful.. they have the worst customer service. it take over 2 hours to cancel your service. besides good luck trying to order paty per view on the weekends when they are a 8-5 operation. good riddens im switching to direct tv first thing monday morning.. a bonus theyre much cheaper!!! ...read more
