We were told by our plumber that they couldn't fix Our heater. A Neighbor recommended to call Jim's Appliance I gave him a call and he said he was No longer taken on new customers. BUT he Thought , Monitor was the best Heater Ever Made!!! "As he said it" Go Figure So he Agreed to come out, He gave us an estimate and was able to get New Replacements part for our heater.
