Kinda surprised when I walked in the store. It's a pretty big place and I didn't know that much fitness equipment even existed. lol. I had heard of them b/f cuz my girlz parents bought a treadmill from there, but I didn't know they were also a bike shop till I saw a coupon for a free tune up. They have what looks like a bar set up with a big screen to watch while you get your bike worked on. I wanted them to take a look at my 29'er cuz it was ghost shiftin' a lot. Very glad I made the trip. I wanted a treadclimber after seeing it on TV. The guys at NG's helped educate me about what would work for me based on my goals. I wound up going with a Vision Fitness S7100 Deluxe and a set of Powerblocks. I got a great buy, and they delivered and and put together everything. They recommended which program on the elliptical would give me the best results and I gotta say they were right. I've dropped 18 lbs. already. That's without changing my diet yet.
