This company was hired to perform a land survey in a residential neighborhood. They required the entire price of $520.00 up front before work would be performed. Not only did they not correctly perform the survey and set the pins like we contracted with them to do, we were told they would require over $1000.00 additional money to survey the block up to our residence. The only thing they did was come to the residence with metal detectors in an attempt to locate original pins set in the seventies. When they could not locate them they told us it was going to cost a lot more money to do "research". We had already provided them with copies of our deed as well as those of abutting properties and we also gave them a copy of the map of the subdivision.
