My $50 rebate form was mailed on 11/30/2011 to "Mail-in Rebate Offer", after purchasing my Samsung Gusto cell phone on Nov 29, 2011. On Dec. 16, I received a notice stating "Invalid Purchase Date". On Dec. 17, I went to Diamond Wireless where phone was purchased from Asst. Manager, Jeramy Weldon. He said a 'correctly dated' Rebate form must be submitted and he filled in the form. Again, I mailed all 4 pages on 12/17/2011. On Jan. 6, I received another notification stating my request for Rebate would not be honored due to "Invalid Purchase Date"!!! I will meet with Mr. Weldon on Jan. 10 to resolve this issue prior to expiration of the Rebate Offer by a 01/30/2012 postmark date! This has been an extremely disappointing process! ...read more
