Are those flowers that you want to order important to you? Then don't use Lollypop's. Sorry that a negative star rating is unavailable. I ordered flowers online from this florist for Saturday delivery to my mother for her birthday. I received a confirmation email from them at 10:45am on Friday. The weekend came and went (mom's bd was Sunday) and Mom did NOT receive the flowers. I emailed Lollypop's and asked why. Their response was that they cancelled the order so that they could be closed for the holiday weekend. No email or cancellation was sent to me. No apologies - just an "oh well" attitude.
