My freezer was acting up and I called to see if someone could check it out. The repair guy was here within an hour, and my freezer was dead. The repair man said that if we bought from Moles we could get a discount since we used them for the service to diagnose the old one. We went into the store to check out a new one. Moles was the only place in the area that had the two different models that we wanted to compare on the sales floor. We decided on one and bought it. Amir thought he had one in the back and when my husband returned to pick it up, there was not one in stock. My husband came home with the floor model. I paid for a new one and wanted a new one. The following week Amir ordered a new one and we returned the floor model and got the new one in the box. Thank you Amir for putting up with me and making me happy. I could have gone most anywhere and picked up a freezer, but even with the mix up, I would consider going back, and using the repair services also. ...read more
