This place had a rep as a place of extremely high turnover rate for it's employees upon my arrival. During my stay there as an employee over the short course of a handful of months I witnessed around a dozen people wrongfully fraudulently dismissed, intimidated, and report many illegalities including but not limited to hostile work environment, sexual harassment, theft, and more. The turnover for the employees was ferverously high and the condominium-owners/ HOA members were well aware of it. Some were righteous enough to speak up about mass lay offs and unusually high turnover of employable and well-reputed workers. By the time I left MSI was under investigation by a government agency. It became clear to me and numerous others that MSI knew how to play the legal system and still deliver bare minimum services to frustrated and tired clientele in order to manipulate just enough as to maintain contracts. Many upper management reps also regularly spoke disrespectfully about their customers. I would NOT recommend using this company as an employer nor as a property management company at all period ever. I wouldn't work for MSI!!! They don't treat the staff right you report a problem no matter what it might be and you get punished for it well they will find out you have to follow laws and they didnt arnt they dumb!!! lol ha ...read more
