I have been having my hair cut and colored by Janee', the owner of Shears To You OC fr 13 years now. Now both of my daughters go to her also. She does a fantastic job every time. The shop is roomy and comfortable, friendly and happy. I love the huge parking lot and the easy access. There are also 4 other stylists there and an esthetician. Janee' Noel at Shears To You is the absolute best stylist I've ever been to. I've been seeing her for 12 years at her old location and I'm so happy that she opened up her own salon this year. It's beautiful, great parking, awesome location and so relaxing to spend time there. Her cuts and colors are always perfect. My daughters are always begging me to take them to Janee'. They love her too! The new salon is located right at the end of Redland Rd. next to the Plaid Pantry and Pioneer Pizza complex. It's the pretty green historic house that was remodeled.
