They don't care about the customer at all!!! They closed on a day they advertise as being open. Drove over 100 miles to get there and have it posted on their doors that they were closed due to Christmas party. Something they could of advertised on website or answering machine. Decided to try again, talked on the phone agreed on price. Told how nice the vehicle was. Showed up to find a crack in windshield, whole huge hole in the back of the headrest, and passenger side back door that is broke and will not open, and headlights that don't work. They promised to fix the headlights and door and delivery the car the next day. When didn't hear from them by 1pm called to find out they wouldn't be fixing the door only the headlights. And not going down on the price of the car!! DEAL BREAKER!! Please find some where to shop that understand the customers are the ones that pays their checks!!! ...read more

Dealership is falling apart, unorganized and dirty. Sales manager is condesending and rude. Should I go on..... ...read more

Prior to going to the dealer, we noted from the carfax that there were SIGNIFICANTLY MORE MILES on the car we were looking at than was listed on the dealer's website. However, when we brought this up we were assured we could bargain based on that. However, after driving all the way to Ontario based on that assumption......the company made it very clear they weren't willing to bargain at all, despite the 30% increase in mileage. HERE'S THE KICKER. After we left the lot, they RAISED THEIR ONLINE PRICE BY $7,000. The ensuing back and forth was rude, unprofessional, and absolutely disrespectful of the value of our time as serious buyers. In the end, we were sitting at the bank with a check, ready to pay the original price for the WRONG MILEAGE, and they wouldn't take it because they are FULL OF HIDDEN CHARGES. I can't even describe how negative this experience was. BEWARE. ...read more
