As a exemployee, I found mr Hawkes to be less than honorable, conventley forgetting promises, and braking his word when a hand shake should have been enough! Giving his word for some equipment that was agreed upon, and having a laps of memory when the time comes to pay agreed price! Brian was hired as a sub-contractor to build a shed on my lot. He is brilliant and professional. He is good at listening to what the clients need and coming up with an idea and a solution that exceed their expectation. I like his friendly way of communicating with the clients. His courtesy and honesty just blew me away. He is not a contractor who likes playing gimmicks and running over the clients. It is very hard to find a decent contractor like Brian nowadays.
