Are you "in-love" with your products? When I asked "in-love" I meant does your cleanser leave your skin cleansed, smooth and fresh? Does your moisturizer hydrate your skin, feeling satiny, silky smooth, not greasy. How did you decide on your product/s? Was it something your mom, sister or friend used, suggested or sold? Maybe it was a sale, a freebie (I love those), or a 2 per? Did you see it in an advertisement and the model had flawless, dewy, fresh looking skin? Perhaps after trying multiple products but nothing worked. As an esthetician, I've heard many frustrated, unhappy comments from my clients. I always say "take a deep breath, I will take care of you, I will educate you. I will let you experience my products, give you samples prior to any purchases." A different practice, not hard sell (a used car salesman I am not)!. I really dislike being sold to. Don't you?
