Iguana Micro

Instead of going with a big box store I decided to support one of our companies. Iguana Micro is a small store but seems pretty well stocked. Jeff, the guy at the counter, is friendly enough, but doesn't deliver when it counts. Short story is our company computer has been plagued with problems that Iguana micro built and they can't pin down the problem. It has been back 3 times for more then a reasonable amount of time. No calls, emails to update me on the problem or how they were going to make it right. And this was under warranty. Finally at my wits end I asked if they could come to my office since I can replicate the problem. After contacting them a few times to set up a date without a return call I finally gave up. If you want a computer built with no support that might work then this is your company. Very unhappy and this is what I get for trying to support a local company. For $1800 I would have expected a bit better customer service and support or at least some. I am choosing to vote with my dollars and am hoping you will do the same. ...read more
