Actually no stars. i have lived at the stewart between 21st and 22nd and flanders for a year and half.for starters we have never had a secure front door,which makes the building unsafe for all tenants and the fact im a single mom im always requesting they fix it but to no prevail. so lately i have been looking for a bigger place for my daughter and i.then today i get a "Notice of Termination of Tenancy w/out Stated Cause" they will give me no reason whey they are terminating me and daughter right during the holidays.we have never been loud,we pay our rent,dont break any rules and get along w/ all tenants. i find the owneship to have immoral princibles,they are heartless, VERY unethical,cruel and inexcusable as landlords. if looking into these apartments just think of what kind of ethics these landlords have before moving in.i highly suggest even with the low rent for the neighborhood,not to move in.they dont respond to maintence issues and hear complaints from other tenants as well. ...read more

Hello Sharon, My daughter, Rachel, and I spoke with you over the phone yesterday. I am interested in dealing with the energies in my house. Rachel moved in with me for a few months and had a hard time with it. I guess because I live here I didn't notice anything. I have had several things happen over the last few years. My husband passed away from cancer. One of my dogs had to be put to sleep. I have started an addition and remodel with landscaping that is stalled. So if you have time this Sunday, I would like to have your help. Do you sense what needs to be done? Since you have a listing of your services, from Space and Ghost Clearing to House and Land Blessings etc., I am assuming you know which one(s) to perform based on what you find when you get here because I don't know exactly what to ask for. The team and I went to see what was going on.The first thing we noticed was the house backed to the freeway. After some investigation we found out that it had not always been that way butsometime in the 80's they had put in a freeway ramp. When we were doing our initial investigation we felt that there was a strong energy protecting the house. When we were walking around the backyard we felt that there had been a rather large tree removed. Here is the story and the beginning of a series a unhappy events that followed.When they first bought the house In the backyard had lived a beautiful,large, silver maple tree. Everyone in the neighborhood felt that this was a wonderful tree.During the construction they had shaved some of the roots off the tree and the tree became ill, however everyone felt that this tree protected them from a lot of the noise coming off the freeway. Several years after that they put in a sidewalk and again shaved more roots from the tree. The tree died and had to be removed. I was told that everyone in the neighborhood could feel the difference in the energy, more noise and the piece and quiet were gone.About six months after the tree was removed from her backyard they began to have flooding in the basement. Remember a mature tree can absorb50 or more gallons of water a day . When the tree was removed it no longer absorbed that water and it began to flood into the basement. The basement was so wet it got mold and they had to strip all the drywall in the basement to get rid of the mold. During this process about 6 months later her husband was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, six months later he died, six months after that her dog passed away and when we showed up it had been three years since this all happened and her house was still unfinished.We proceeded to do a ceremony in the backyard to release the spirit of the tree. We created an energetic thought form to flow the energy off the concrete wall in her backyard down into the earth where it would be absorbed instead of it being thrown at her house. We cleared the inside of the house which took about three hours as there was a lot to clear, we had extreme sadness, grief, anxiety and of course the energy around the sudden death of her husband.When we were finished we were all sitting around the table chatting and a big smile came over her face, she said she could feel the lightness in the room already. I have started doing things again; like cleaning, and working on the addition. My animals also seem to be a lot lighter. I have a woman staying in my basement bedroom. She house sat while I was gone and had to move out of her apartment because of mold and health issues. So I asked her to stay on. She had a psychic friend of hers over and unfortunately I wasn't home. But her friend commented on how positive the house felt. Another confirmation on the changes. I also have a neighbor that would like to hire you to do her house and yard. she is convinced that something really bad is going on with her electronics (her phones often don't work, her computer is often down, etc) and her husband thinks something is attacking him in his sleep.
