I had a new home build in 2008 and Cooleys Gutters was a sub contractor. When the gutters were first installed, it was raining outside and not only were the gutters left very dirty and smeared with mud, but they were scratched. I phoned Bob Cooley, and while he was very pleasant on the phone and assured me that he would take care of everything, I had to call him 3 times to come back out. What he actually did was paint the front gutter with a flat black paint (when the metal is semi-shiny) and did nothing with the back gutter. He did not paint the underside of the gutter, so it looks terrible and he dripped paint on my deck, driveway and yard lights!! I had 2 other issues, but he did not return my calls. I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect the installation of a new product to be functioning correctly.
