I originally used Chris to turn on my sprinkler system last spring. I also had him do my back flow testing for the city. He said that everything was fine. In the fall I called him early to have him get my sprinklers ready for the winter. He said that he would do it and then never did. After several times calling him he finally called me back. He said that he left messages at my work and on my cell phone. Interesting that I did not receive even one message. He told me that my back flow had a leak and he was unable to winterize my system without a repair being done. Of course now he was too busy to do the job which is why I called him so early in the season. Because he was the person that did my back flow testing a few months earlier he should have caught the leak in the first place. At this point the weather was getting really cold and I had to pay a lot more to get my sprinkler system shut off before the freeze the next day. Now I have to spend a ton of money to get my sprinklers fixed because he didn't repair the back flow I would not use this company again. ...read more
