I'm really pleased with the service I've received from Home Heating and Cooling. I had them check out our Aprilaire humidifier. This was an expensive unit, installed just two years ago and it's never functioned properly. We've had two other HVAC companies check it out with no success . They took our money and fiddled with the unit but didn't fix it.I called Home Heating and Cooling and they came out the same day (bonus points right there!) They charged a very reasonable flat fee to check out the humidifier. They tweaked a few things, came out the next day (no additional charge) and tweaked a few more things. The unit now works perfectly, increasing the humidity in our house to a level that I didn't think was possible in Central Oregon. They didn't perform a miracle, but it's as close to one as I could have hoped for! ...read more

We were constantly impressed by the level of service provided by Ric and his team. They went above and beyond expectation throughout the entire process. They replaced an old heat pump and furnace, cleaned ducts, replaced some old ductwork, improved air flow in some rooms, set us up with remote thermostat access and great filtration - it all works great! They also provided great references for any other work we needed to have done and then even followed up to make sure that those referrals did great work! All to often you drop by a company website with glowing testimonials with no proof of where they came from. As a consumer, I want to read real reviews from real clients and in today's world, Yelp, G+ and Facebook reviews are at the top of the list as a trusted source. At Einstein Plumbing and Heating we love 5 star reviews. After all, who doesn't? But how do you handle it when you receive a 1 star rating? I'll admit, it's kinda like being punched in the gut.
