I took a spendy leather sandal in that regrettably had been torn away from the sole, the Sole Shop put in a reinforcment strip and restitched it, the repair is so well done as to be unnoticeable. We called and scheduled an appointment to have our garage door fixed. On the first day, he simply did not show up and we had to call him. Second appt. he showed up cranky and "wasn't ready" to fix the door so we made a THIRD appt. THAT time he called and just said he wasn't going to fix our garage door.
