From the very first time I went into the ups store I was treated with respect and always welcomed with a smile! The service was always something I could feel comfortable with and knew my packages would get to their destinations with no problem! Karen in particular is sooo knowledgeable about almost anything to do with many things from packing to shipping and many other things! I have shopped at this store for years. I have tried to overlook the rude service that customers receive. The staff is aloof and detached. What is more is the management is underhanded in their dealings with customers. I returned a product hours after I purchased it. The product had already been bought and returned as evidenced by the scratched and opened/missing materials. I attempted to use it and immediately heard a cracking sound. It was broken. I returned it immediately and was met with resistance. I had paid cash. The staff said they wouldn't take it back unless nothing had been used and everything was present. I didn't receive it in that condition. I told them it was damaged and should not be sold to someone but, returned to the vendor. They still insisted on tricking the next customer and putting it back on the shelf. Then they said they didn't have the funds to give me my cash back and insisted on sending me a check 3 weeks later.
