Their TV EXPERTS are the worst in the business and Josh Onley, Vic, Craig, Tom,Tim are all a big bunch of wind bags. Yes, they have good prices, but I pray you never have to depend on thier service department. You will wait weeks, then hear another excuse. Craig nor Tom could fix the static on a radio. I have not had such horrible service in Tulsa. I dropped off a PSP to get fixed for not reading disks. The employee stated no problem we can get this fixed. A few days go by and we start to call to get an update because they failed to let us know anything. They replaced the drive but broke another piece on the machine. (No problem understandable)\t\n\t\nI was told it will be a day or two to get replaced. Three days go by, I call to get an update, the part never came in they are still waiting. I continued to call back for the next week and half to hear that everything has been replaced then the screen doesn't work. Again I understand things break...How long before fixed, a day. \t\nI call back a day later, wrong screen, need to order a new one. Waiting 3 days called back no screen yet. Was told it would in and fixed by monday, called monday the tech is off today, manager is off today, meanwhile no part delivered per the other employee.\t\n\t\nHorrible service. I wouldnt mind it taking three weeks if you said it would take three weeks. No calls on updates, no information provided, no customer service period. All I can say is Thank you, Thank you! I could not believe the timely manner in which all my problems were addressed. It was nice not to be talked down to or made to feel you don't need to know what I am doing its over your head. The nerds have the knowledge and the know how. You get the job done and quickly.
