Miller Swim School has an overcrowded, loud pool. They try to pack in the kids, leaving little room for them to actually swim for any distance at all. The pool is chaotic and loud and has so many distractions for little kids. The front desk staff is impersonal, unfriendly, and has terrible customer service skills. They know they are busy and will always be busy--they do not care about you and your family, or your experience. Go somewhere else if you want a good experience for you and your kids.
