I have been calling for 3 days trying to speak with a claims adjuster regarding an accident my children and I were involved in with one of THEIR insured. My new car that I only had for 5 days was totaled. The insured was speeding through a parking lot trying to purchase cigarettes from a convenient store on an adjacent lot before his 10 min break was up and failed to yield to traffic turning into the parking lot off a busy road and smashed into my car. So every time I call to speak to the adjuster Kevin Duhan I only get his voicemail and NO RETURN call. So after day 3 of no response I call and ask to speak to his supervisor only to be conveniently be told she is on "vacation" and that they can transfer me to Kevin's voicemail and thus the cycle starts all over again. Sound funny? It does to me too! These people are working for the devil or are themselves SATAN. I will PRAY for them because I have no idea how they sleep at night. After reading several hours of reviews on this company I see I am not the only one who gets this run around. Apparently they train the staff to only transfer calls to voicemails. ...read more
