Since expanding in the Tulsa area customer service at Freeland Brown has seriously dropped. I am having reoccurring problems with basic refills. upon calling them directly, a pharmacy technician advised it was too early to fax doctors office again. They have to be kidding right. Anyone who has chronic health issues knows that if you contact the doctors office directly, they will refuse to deal with being bothered about refills and demand you contact the pharmacy.
