I am 21 years old and have been to this store many times, I tried to go today with my husband was not allowed inside because I did not have my id. I have been there many times and they are usually very nice and friendly and my information is in their computer. The lady working was completely rude when she asked for my id and when I told her I did not have it on me, she would not even listen to what I had to say. While the prices they offer on used items are decent, what they are willing to pay for new dvds and blu-ray discs is laughable. Some of the clerks are rather rude as well. I would suggest the music/movie shop across the street at the Promenade, they pay much better for your used movies and are not rude about such when you walk in. I made it a point to go in there last weekend just to steal a few movies and rip them off and I am glad I did. That is the only reason I will ever have for going back there. ...read more

worst store ever! As a customer I have witnessed rudeness in the managers and have heard and witnessed managers and employees selling and buying drugs off of each other. Not a good environment where families come in with there children. Something should be done about whats going on within that store with the managers and employees. Me and my girlfriend work for Warehouse Market at store #31 on 129th and 31st street we are contacting you as a last resort. There are several others who would like to come forward too, basically whats going on at our store is that 3 of the 5 managers have a drug ring going on with Methadone, Meth, loritabs and many other pills, as well as marajuana; everyone has seen deals go on with managers and other employees that deal in the store they resently started fireing anyone who knew and when we contacted corporate about it they had Larry our district manager call us back and he said he wasn't going to do anything about it and wasn't even going to look into it. we just wanted a safe work environment for our employees and our customers and now after fireing people that knew and will all testify to what they saw the managers feel like they are untouchable i am just wondering if you can do anything for us as this is supposed to be a family store ...read more
