I called the dealership that I purchased the motorcycle from and within 2 hours, they had approved the warranty repair. I brought them the bike and the repairs were done (while I waited) within the hour. ...read more

We will never have anything to do with this dealership again. If you didn't purchase your motorcycle/atv from them, don't expect fast or friendly service when you bring it in. They alienated us and made us feel like "traitors" for purchasing our vehicle in another state. They treated us like second rate customers and when I asked them to put in a warranty order on my bike, they told me that they didn't think Honda would cover the repair. After three weeks, they still hadn't put in the repair order! To top it off, the service tech wanted me to put down a downpayment to cover the repairs "just in case" Honda didn't authorize the repair! Sheisty practices.
