I was very impressed with the service I received at T-Town Leather! I was greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed any help right away but once I said just looking they gave me space to do just that. I found a great deal on a leather jacket which I did purchase but I had really gone in there to look at Chaps. I found several styles and a range of prices that were well within my budget. After I looked at several the owner came over and explained how to get the best fit and what they could do to make them fit and look better. So after trying some on I picked out a pair and they made adjustments to the belt and said to bring them back when I had my riding boots on and they would hem them for me. It's a bit fishy as to why they only have exchange only policy. I wasn't told about this until I wanted to return the item very next day. She said it was on the register. Not on the receipt. Lost my business for sure. ...read more
