It's hard to even put into words how amazing this company is. Two words that come to mind about my expierence with New Day Tornado shelters are: STRESS FREE! From the initial contact to the installation everything was smooth sailing. The owner, Derk, contacted me after I submitted an inquiry online. He told me all about the shelter and we scheduled installation. Derk, himself, was the one to come install my shelter! He arrived on time, explained the process and got to work. It was interesting to watch my shelter get installed. He didn't mind my watching and answered every question I had. He didn't leave until everything was perfect. We even went over everything that was included and how everything works. He taught me how the locks work and after showing me how had me do it to make sure I understood! Master Lift Foundation Repair

The service and price we received from Master Lift was above and beyond our expectations. Steve, the owner of the company met with us personally and walked us through the entire process. He calmed our nerves and made us realize this is not uncommon and educated us on exactly what caused the foundation to fail. Once his crew and crew leader showed up they greeted us and got right to work completing our project in one day. Once my husband came home from work he asked if they showed up because you could not even tell they were there. That's just how good they are and our doors are now re-aligned and the cracks are closed and sealed up! Thanks again Steve and we will call you if we ever have any issues in the future. We highly recommend this company for your foundation repair. They were timely in the initial appointment and the price was extremely fair. The crew was professional and worked very efficiently. They cleaned up after the job and made sure we were happy with the results prior to leaving. Brett made certain that we understood every step of the process. We recommended them to our neighbors and they promptly completed that job too. We have another project on our property that we will be completing this spring.
