I am the shop owner of The Toolbox LLC and we would like to further explain our review by "Roy B" It is unfortunate that Roy B. had a bad experience with our shop, Mr B. was informed about EVERYTHING wrong on his bike including the weakening transmission. It was sad to hear about the many shops Roy B. had been to in the past prior to coming to our shop. We attempted to talk with Mr. B. , even offering him a ride home several times. I recently brought my 2001 Harley Davidson Low Rider for repairs to The ToolBox. I spent $2876.46 and approved each item that was requested to be done. The bike was test drove and given to me as safe to ride. I drove the motorcycle 20 miles and it spit and sputtered all the way home. I called Toolbox and told them of the hesitation when accelerating and was told to return the bike. In route back to Toolbox the transmission went to screatching very loudly. It was test drove when I got it there and I was told that now my transmission was shot. I did have them to change all fluids when they serviced the bike prior. I left on foot walking back to Harrah Oklahoma. I would suggest prayer prior to taking your bike for repairs anywhere. The Lord gave me a message to preach as I walked home.
