I went to Dena & Company...2nd visit. A young lady by the name of Savannah did my hair this second time. I cannot speak for others, the previous hair dresser was no longer there. Savannah did an excellent job and was very courteous and professional. She was also eager to please and wanted to give me the cut that I desired as well as color. Savannah introduced me to a few other employees working closely to her and also informed me as to whom Dena was. I will definately be back. They all seemed professional to me. WELL, If the owner Dena doesn't like what you have to say the she puts her hands on you and throws you out of her business. Her young worker in her tanning room was rude to some friends that I had recommended to THE SALON. When that person tried to tell her that her employee was rude, she took up for the young employee and wouldn't listen to her customer or try to make things right with her. There was three adults there that said the same thing about the situation, but she wouldn't listen to her customers. She said her employee was really good and put her hands on my friend and pushed her out of the salon and then called the police and said she was trespassing........WOW what a way to treat your customers.......I plan on spreading the word about her business and lack of professionalism. ...read more
