Horrible customer service!! Yelled at me over the phone! Came to our house for a service call, said he would be right back so I waited 3 hours! Called to get an update and the man said, "Whoa, whoa! I NEVER said I was coming back!" He told me he had to order parts- that was 8May..My husband called on 20May - he said they were STILL waiting on the part. Come to find out he never ordered the part til 22May! We put in our service request 6May and here it is 24May and no phone call, no update..nothing but rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional people!
