My father was in the office today, and he saw something that was very disturbing. He said that one of the employees was screaming at a lady to get out of her office. The lady was trying to explain something. She looked like she was in tears whe she left. Of what he could see there was absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. He knew the lady who was trying to figure out why the Covington employee was calling her a liar.The lady never lost her cool. I can guaratee that he nor my family will ever do business in Covington aagain.
