This phone company is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to both product and "so-called" customer service.If you enjoy extremely rude people,unexplainable phone shut-offs when your bill is paid,and paying $35.00 (non-refundable) for service calls;only to find out they still can't fix the line you will LOVE this company! These people think you and I are lower than they are and if you don't believe me,give them a try...I dare ya!! Just remember you were warned when you have to call an ambulance for your kid and find out service is disconnected. Oh,and, (like me) they tell you it is YOUR job to call their service techs to "get it straightened out"! This company sell's phone numbers which ATT controls,so they do not even have control over their own lines. Thanks phone company...you blow chunks! ...read more
