Terrible company. A previous tenant had a security system installed in my apartment. I came home and the system was beeping. Called the company to see what I should do to turn off the beeping. They refused to help me, and the person told me that they were told that if they helped me they would lose their job. Seems like it should be a simple fix. What kind of company just leaves people out in the wind like that on a system THEY installed. Not asking for much, just for the beeping to stop. Deplorable. I would image they would leave you out in the wind too, if it doesn't suit their purposes. ...read more
