Terrible company. A previous tenant had a security system installed in my apartment. I came home and the system was beeping. Called the company to see what I should do to turn off the beeping. They refused to help me, and the person told me that they were told that if they helped me they would lose their job. Seems like it should be a simple fix. What kind of company just leaves people out in the wind like that on a system THEY installed. Not asking for much, just for the beeping to stop. Deplorable. Their sales guy "Bryan" went door to door in our neighborhood in Tulsa selling ADT Security systems. My wife signed us up for a 3 year contract without consulting me. When she called within the three days allowed to cancel, this guy Bryan was a big jerk to her. He kept demanding to know why even after she explained twice that it was a personal decision. If you get this installed by this company be sure to have back up car batteries around because it will kill your battery. They will blame it on your car. I have this in a work car, my fathers car, and my roomie has this as well. All three cars had to have their batteries replaced. 2 of the cars are less then 2 years old. ...read more
