I recently had an awful experience at Mid K beauty supply. I asked about a specific product and was given the wrong one from an unaware employee. There are also no refunds on hair extensions so I am unable to take this back.When I called the store and informed the manager that I was misinformed by his employee he seemed unconcerned and never offered any solutions to assist me. I am extremely upset because I believe it is very important to hire a staff that is familiar with products and supplies that you are selling. Especially if you have a very strict return policy. Do not go there to do your eyelashes!! Such a rip-off!! You are suppose to glued individual lashes onto each of your natural lashes, but instead she glued 2-3 fake lashes together then stick it 2 or more of my lashes. It was pinching my eyes so bad that I had to removed some of it myself at home. Went back there the next morning for her to fix it, and she charge me an additional fee for her mistakes.
