Shopping for insurance BEWARE! DON'T USE THIS AGENCY! I cancelled my liability insurance over a year ago with this agent and they continued to auto draft my business account. Once the bookkeeper pointed it out, I contacted this agent and pointed out the over billing. They then instructed me to obtain written verification from a tag agency that the car had been sold and titled over to someone else. Went to the tag agency as they instructed me to do and the tag agency told me it was illegal to give the information out! Even after the tag agency clerk called Mike Earles office and told them the date the car had been sold and that the information they told me to obtain was against the law to give me -- they still refused to refund me the money! wow! They must have needed the $276 bucks pretty bad!!! And with the customer service they have -- I can see why they do! ...read more
