Well, I won't use this place to book travel again. Had to choose a star.. should be a zero...First it took about 4 or 5 calls to get the informations I needed. Once trip was booked they were of no service at all. After being injured skiing they could not offer any refund on rooms or ski lift tickets. If I would have just taken the extra 5 min. to book the rooms via internet or called the hotel myself I could have booked the same rooms for a better rate and been able to get out of my rooms when I need to check out a day early. I ended up selling my extra days of lift tickets out side the Adventures ticket boothe myself so I only lost about 20.00 on lift tickets. \t\nLesson Learned... just do the reservations yourself.. these glorified trip planners are really no help!!!!!!! ...read more
