We bought a pool there 2 years ago. It's been nothing but issues. We were able to use it 1 summer and it is now completely unusable. Well what can I say?????The store has been there for years....I feel confident as a customer that everything is the same...They continue to update with new promotions and lotions. TAN AND TONE AMERICA IS A SHADY COMPANY! When I signed my contract, I had intended to tan for the full year, but a few months later I decided to go to college outside of my home town. I am so busy with school I do not have time for a job let alone tanning, and it has taken me 2 months of hassle for them to get my paperwork together to tell me I CANNOT CANCEL EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR MY ACCOUNT. I tried calling corporate and the lady was so b*tchy and rude, like half of the people I have talked to at Tan and Tone. I am a poor college student without a job and I have to keep paying for a service I do not have time to use because their contract doesn't allow for cancellations even if a customer can no longer afford it.
