All I have to say is I'm filling a LAWSUIT LAWSUIT LAWSUIT ENJOY BEING SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD. The guy who came almost tore off the rear end of my blazer and then said it would be in Lawton. Didn't inform the PD of anything and didn't provide proof of repossession paperwork. Requested a repo for an address that was verified for location of property on o1/27/2011. As of 02/09/2011 the vehicle still had not been picked up nor had a driver gone out per Nicole. Called on 02/10/2011 and spoke with Mickey, stating that the vehicle was picked up on 02/07/2011, explained that when I called yesterday the vehicle hadn't been picked up??? She stated that it just hadn't been updated in the system, requested an invoice and condition report be faxed. Approx 5 hrs later no report or invoice, called back and spoke to Traci who faxed documents immediately stating that once received I would need to call back to schedule a pickup for our driver. Called back and faxed over release of property, Traci now states that she would need a 24 hr notice to pick up vehicle. Explained she didn't state that prior and our driver is already in the area and more than 2 hrs away from location. Traci hung up! I've contacted the Dept of Wreckers!!! ...read more
