They provide HORRIBLE customer care, if you can even call it that. Each customer care rep at their home office shares the same negative attitude. They will not compensate you in any way for extenuating circumstances, bad experiences, or being mislead. They are VERY pushy to get you to sign a contract. I signed a contract to get a lower price for a one-time spray tan for an event I was attending ($15 instead of $30) under the misconception that I could cancel if I was unsatisfied with the results.
